Our Support
Where safe foundations lead to brighter lives
At Solum Housing we understand that safe housing is only the beginning. Our support is designed to help individuals rebuild their lives step by step, with care that is both trauma-informed and practical.
We provide:
- One-to-one keywork sessions to create tailored support plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Life skills support, including budgeting, cooking, household management and developing routines that prepare people for independent living.
- Education, training and employment pathways, with guidance on accessing courses, apprenticeships and local job opportunities.
- Emotional and wellbeing support, signposting to specialist mental health and counselling services and creating space for clients to feel heard and valued.
- Community integration, encouraging clients to build positive networks, engage in local activities and reduce isolation.
- Practical advocacy, working alongside local authorities, health providers and partner agencies to ensure clients receive the services and entitlements they need.
- Our aim is not only to provide stability today but to equip every person with the tools and confidence they need for long-term independence and dignity.
